Ok, I agree: I did get a little bit too excited about creating all-black outfits. I just didn't expect I had SO many black pants in my closet! Taking into account, that I hate black! Who would believe me now?

I guess it is time to start sorting out my closet. Why do I have that many clothes I don't even like?

But, I have to give credit to these pants: they do look great and they do make a great alternative to the skinny pants from the previous post. There has been too much obsession about skinny pants for too long recently. The ones I am wearing in todays post are the classic straight leg pants I used to wear about 10 years ago, when I was still working as a lawyer. And they are indeed classic! And a perfect company for a babydoll-style coat I am wearing.

And since I've already mentioned it...

It was SO much easier when I went to work every day and had a "9 to 5" schedule, and a list of job duties set up for me by someone else. And there was such a natural and understandable reason to put on a new outfit every day, and apply my make-up and snap a picture of myself in an elevator mirror, or at least in an office bathroom mirror - and then post them on my blog. And why would I've cared about weather being bad or lighting at home not being appropriate for taking pictures.

Being your own boss is so much harder. That's when YOU are the one responsible for getting yourself dressed, putting your make-up on and getting on with your everyday schedule - which is the SAME every single day.

Don't get me wrong! I am not envious of those taking pictures of themselves in the bathrooms - if you like it, do it! Nor am I complaining about having to get dressed and putting my make-up on every day - I am even enjoying it now! Even a little bit too much!

It is just about having that PMS, and winter weather outside when it is middle of April, and your soul feeling black...
